Frequently Asked Questions

  • -Three sets of dumbbells (one lighter (5-8 lbs), one moderate (10-15 lbs), and heavy for you (15-25 lbs.) You will likely need to increase weight over time. At the minimum, 1 set light and 1 set heavy.

    -Resistance Loop bands set

    -Cardio equipment or ability to run/walk outside.

    -Kettlebell is optional

  • Yes! You have a choice for the beginner program or intermediate. Your intake form will help me choose the program best suited to your needs.

  • Your membership can be cancelled at any time and will take place within 24 hours of cancellation. The membership can be cancelled by emailing hello@sharifaknowles.com. After cancellation, you will lose access to all membership features and will not be billed the following month.

  • This membership does not include 1-1 coaching. You will receive text support as weekly accountability as well as individual encouragement.

  • The monthly meal planning support will include a compilation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes for inspiration. This will be sent to you via email.
