-Three sets of dumbbells (one lighter (5-8 lbs), one moderate (10-15 lbs), and heavy for you (15-25 lbs.) You will likely need to increase weight over time. At the minimum, 1 set light and 1 set heavy.
-Resistance Loop bands set
-Cardio equipment or ability to run/walk outside.

Yes! You have a choice for the beginner program or intermediate. Your intake form will help me choose the program best suited to your needs.

Your membership can be cancelled at any time and will take place within 24 hours of cancellation. The membership can be cancelled by emailing hello@sharifaknowles.com. After cancellation, you will lose access to all membership features and will not be billed the following month.

This membership does not include 1-1 coaching. You will receive text support as weekly accountability as well as individual encouragement.
